Ursus Quick Start bug...?

I've been doing Ursus almost daily for about a month, and this only started happening today.
So I queue up using the Quick Start option, wait for 18 people, press "Ready", wait for all the icons to light up in green... and then suddenly I see everyone in the map disappearing and the queue going down to 03/18 or something. In other words, everyone enter without me. This happened four times today... What gives?
I made sure I'm not in a party. I didn't exit the map. I did everything as I always do. Pls halp T.T
I play in Reboot if it matters.
