I accidentally accepted this on my lv.200 character

i was spam clicking accept for my 2x coupons and now i have this Potion.
I know we can't use it on lv.200+ but my problem is...

THEY CAN'T BE DROPPED OR NPC'D SO ITS TAKING UP SPACE IN MY DAMN INVENTORY
