Maplestory Run time Error

i am trying to loge in on the game and get the run time error i checked the previus post and try it i have visual c++ to the lastest vercion and have direct x 11 also tryed the metods in this page "https://support-maplestory.nexon.net/hc/en-us/articles/204377569-I-m-getting-a-Runtime-Error-in-MapleStory"; also tryed repairing the instalacion even uninstall and re-download it but i still get the run time error i am runnning out of ideas to solve it can someone help me?
