Chaos Horntail summon doesn't have sound

Bug type: Sound, Monster

Brief bug summary: After breaking the crystal, the sounds when summoning Chaos Horntail are not present.
Here is a video demonstrating the bug being reported:


All other sounds are present expect for the initial summon.
