I was online the whole day on Monday but did not receive the hot gift . I still have yet to have the reward icon on the left of the screen .

More details: Had this account for years. Just started playing again on the weekend after 2-3 year break. Downloaded the launcher for the first time on Sat or Sun. I have several characters and no gift box appears for any of them in any world. Tried to report here yesterday but had to wait for new member check.
Steps to reproduce: Log into Maplestory. No hot week gift box on Monday or today.

Did not have the gift box indicator on the left side since 3/27 and i was on the whole day and yesterday 3/28 I was logged in for a good 3 hrs+ and I still don't have the gift box icon anywhere. I have met the lv30 or above requirement and such. Im just really sad I can't get these rewards.
