Lost my character!

Hello,

The last time I played this was in 2015 so I decided to revisit, I did the migration stuff and downloaded the new launcher.
After I downloaded Maplestory and logged in my character was gone, how do I recover my old character can you guys help me?

    I am sorry that I have to give you this message. But you should read this:

    I, myself also had the same problem, and all my characters from MapleStory EU were gone because I was too late with migrating.

    If you wish you can still contact Support here https://support-maplestory.nexon.net but I can tell you from my own experience and the link above that your chances on getting your characters back from before the migration are nill.
    "You have until 5:00 PM CET (8:00 AM PST) on January 11 to migrate. Migration will close after that, and you will not be able to migrate your account after that time"

    I was a "little" frustated when I heard the news when I contacted support, but nevertheless I created a new character and I am really enjoying my time now in MapleStory. o:)

    Thank you for telling me, I'm a bit salty but I'm over it.

    I think it's also better to start over and the support is like the worst thing I have encountered. When I tried to send the ticket it didn't go through, but yeah I think it's better to start over.

    They did not only take my characters, no they also had to take all of my NX.
    Never getting nx again >:)

    this sucks i just got back on and all my characters are gone when i last played i had a 2m range and i just want my lgr back!!!!!! and all my godly items ugh maple. disappointed me yet again.
