Remove system chat from specialized chat tabs

The system chat notifications are extremely spammy and clog up the chat window. It creates difficulties when attempting to follow a conversation and makes it easy to miss what others have said.

Unfortunately, it's not only present in all chat, but also in the specialized tabs such as buddy chat etc.

I feel it would be a great convenience to all players if this system chat was limited only to all chat - or if there was an option to toggle it on/off in settings. As it currently stands, there is no way to escape it's spammy grasp :(
