Buddylist friend memo carrying over

Brief bug summary: I believe that the friend memo from previous deleted buddies sometimes carry over to newly added ones

More details: I'm not 100% sure since I haven't really tested it in any way, but very often I find that the old friend memo from someone I've deleted has been applied to someone else on my buddylist. I've asked the people involved if their name is so-and-so and about how we met, since that's typically the information I write down in the memos, but it doesn't match up, and it happens too frequently for it to be a coincidence. Additionally, I've seen the same friend memo (from an old buddy) be applied to 3 different people over time. People I've added for trades and then deleted.
Has anyone else noticed this or am I going senile?

This is account buddies, not sure if it's an issue with regular buddies.

Steps to reproduce:
Add a person to buddylist
Add a friend memo to that person
(possibly wait a while or relog)
Delete them
Add someone else to buddylist

Character name: SadVirgin

Character level: 230

Character job: Phantom

World name: Broa

Date and time of the incident: Most recently observed on 4/12.
