[UPDATE – 11:35 AM PDT] Additional testing is required as part of our scheduled maintenance, and will unfortunately require up to four (4) hours of additional time. Please see updated times below. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this extended maintenance.

Updated Maintenance Times:

PDT: 12:00 AM – 4:00 PM
EDT: 3:00 AM – 7:00 PM
GMT: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
CEST: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM (April 20)
AEDT: 6:00 PM – 10:00 AM (April 20)

On Wednesday, April 19th, all services for MapleStory will perform a scheduled maintenance in order to enable everyone around the globe to better enjoy MapleStory and other Nexon titles. The following services will be offline during this time:

  • Game Access (Both Nexon Launcher and Nexon Steam Launcher)
  • Game Website
  • Game Forums
  • Account Login and Sign up
  • Account Billing

Maintenance Times:
  • PDT: 12:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • EDT: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • GMT: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • CEST: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • AEDT: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (April 20)

This maintenance is part of a global account migration from a specific Nexon America Account system to a Global Account system.

    "Global Account system"? Of what, besides Nexon America?

    Also, will the attendance that ends on the 19th be extended? Its one extra day was already eaten up by the long maintenance on April 5th.

    The Global Account system is basically all the Nexon America and Nexon Europe accounts migrated together.
    I'm guessing there are still some previous Nexon America accounts which don't use email as all the Nexon Europe ones were changed to email only with the migration.

    For some games and services, but not all. This will bring everything together.

    We will discuss possibly extending the attendance by an extra day due to the maintenance.

    Sounds good, though attendance would be nice to be extended, as well as nx items with expiry (like FM stores and such)

    A simpler solution for those who are not able to access their email that they signed up their account with.

    1. Log in and go to http://www.nexon.net/account/account-settings/
    2. Check what the email is on your account
    3. Go to that email service and remake the email
    4. Through nexon account settings, reset your email to your preferred email
    5. Confirm the change on the email that you just remade as well as new account email
    6. ???
    7. Continue playing nexon games

    So you can verify the first 2 by checking it against what's on file but I don't think you guys have pictures of what we look like on file....
