Brief bug summary:
When i equip and all job item , rammys scepter has two floating clouds on both sides of character, when moving it produces clouds behind u as if your walking through the clouds (or producing). When i equip My Fafnir Shining rod that effect is nullified , clicking effect icon in equip tab is no use aswell (even if it wouldnt help)
More details:
Any shining rod the clouds dont appear , or the movement effect. Other weapons will activate the effect.

Steps to reproduce: equip shining rod (any) and permanent Nx Rammys Scepter for no effect. Equip any all job weapon , effect is seen.
