Cant see monster's name,level and hp+can't harvest

I didnt touch my options and those things suddenly happened to me.
i noticed that there is an option called Monster Info, i set it on show both name and hp and its still not showing up for me.
second problem that suddenly happened to me is that i cant mine stuff- its not showing the animation of the mining and nothing is droping.
thanks for anyone who can help me :)

    Do a full shutdown and restart (normal shutdown might preserve the corruption). Follow the instructions here: https://www.howtogeek.com/129021/how-to-do-a-full-shutdown-in-windows-8-without-disabling-hybrid-boot/ to do it and to create a desktop shortcut for future use (the corruption could happen again in the future).

    um. i just shutdowned my computer and ran maplestory. still suffering for the same issue. any reason why?

    Did you do the full shutdown as described in the article I linked?

    Im running windows 10, not 8.

    Shutdown is the same for both.
    Or Google "full shutdown Windows 10".

    You'll have to do it every time you get that bug. I can't predict how often that would happen to you, but it doesn't normally happen more than once every couple of months.
