Bug type: Sound, Skill(Monster), functionality

Brief bug summary: Chaos Mode Von Bon uses the wrong sound when using his Staff Gound Smash. Normal Mode is unaffected.

Steps to reproduce:

- Participate the Root Abyss Boss, Von Bon in Chaos Mode.
- Fight Chaos Von Bon till 70% HP Left.
- Let him activate Staff Gound Smash.
- Wrong sound is used.

Character job: Blade Master
World name: Scania
Date and time of the incident: September 21st, 2016 @ 11:00 PM EST

    Still not fixed after February 9, 2017 (v.182.2 - Choco Onslaught).

    How to fix:
    Change the Sound.wz > Mob > Chaos Von Bon (ID: 8910000) for Attack3 and add the CharDam3.

    Reference to Sound.wz > Mob > Von Bon (ID: 8910100) Attack3 and add the CharDam3 for the sounds.
