Unable to create a Resistance class

Every time my wife attempted to made a Resistance class her game will crashed. we have tried everything and nothing has change, and i can create a Resistance class on my account on my PC but when she login her account to my PC it will crash. :'(

    don't thinks its a bug I think you should get new pc

    how is it have to do with the PC ? i said her account doesnt work on my PC either when i can make the character on my account fine !
    and i dont think any PC is better then 7700k with 2 gtx 1080
