Is the Black Heart android heart new?

I only noticed it now by accident by talking to the abso coin npc in Haven (Black Heaven area) and apparently a mob (or boss (lotus) drops a damaged ver. of the heart that can be repaired to give a level 120 heart that comes with 11 slots, (cant hammer), and epic 2 line potential that can not be reset but gives 30% boss and pdr.

    It is a drop from hard Lotus.
    Orange Mushroom's blog say it was added during the first patch of the V update.

    it also only lasts for 30 days iirc

    the only way to get it is by beating Hard Lotus (Hard Suu in KMS)
