Altar Of Annihilation text spam removal

I get a message each time the altar despawns, which normally wouldn't be a problem, but the altars only last for 12 secs, and there's four of them. Also, there's this weird line of text that keeps popping up. So my request is to remove the notice of when the altars disappear, and that other weird 6757 notice.
