NPC that trades small trait pots for big ones.

Put an NPC somewhere in town (or event hall, but pleast don't) that allows players to trade in all those +5 trait potions for +30 trait potions.
Exchange Rate:
Six +5 trait potion for one +30 trait potion of the same trait

It would be neat if there was a way to trade double of one trait potion for half as much for a different trait of your choice.
