MS crash animation, help

I don't know why but most of the time it's usually normal but when an animation scenes come up it crashes. (Beginner the scene when I finally on boat and click let go and crash, Any of maple trailer anything that has animation even ellinel academic way in). Please Help, I play the game because It's story but If I can't play quest that has animation scene I can't finish any storyline quest T_T
