Stopped getting exp from Eluna after 1st attempt

Details: Went to elluna first time with no problems. Gained 1.6b exp (800mil exp *2 due to 2x quest booster item).
2nd entry: Got 0 exp despite getting enough rocks for 1bil exp from eluna (would have been 2bil with 2x quest booster).
3rd entry: Got 0 exp also gaining 1bil exp from eluna ( would have been 2bil with quest booster).

Note: I got the box all 3 times, though.

    Same Thing happened to me. i stopped receiving exp:
