Game Crashing at Same Spot (MS Spin Off)

My game keeps crashing almost as soon as I log on, only happens on my main. Can't move from location, as soon as I log in im at Episode 1 MS Spin Off and NPC Hoodlum is speaking, after he finished the game crashes every single time.

Suggestions?
