All of my characters has been deleted wasn't online in the maple story since summer 2015 but don't think they could delete characters cuz of that

    What world were your characters in, and do you have at least one of their names?

    It was eu on luna the names I think "Sharidron" and "Anxer"

    I do remember reading at a time that characters that havent been online from a certain time to a certain time were going to get deleted. I could be mistaken though. I remember because after reading it, I logged into my account so mine wouldnt get deleted because I had taken a hiatus from the game. So that could be the reason.

    When EMS and GMS merged, did you complete the steps necessary to migrate your account?

    I don't know if you can still do this, however your account has to have been migrated for your characters to remain AFAIK.

    Unfortunately I think that's looking like the case. You can try the migration, but I can't guarantee any success, sorry.

    Sorry, but your characters from Demethos or Kradia EMS are lost.
