Eluna Expedition Bug/Glitch

Went into Eluna hourly expedition event with a friend/party and upon spawning in the Eluna area, we were placed in different "maps" even though we boarded the same ship.

So I would be in "Elemental's Domain" and he would be in "Elemental's Domain" yet neither of us were in the same map somehow.
