Bug type: Functionality
Brief bug summary: My Hayato is at level 202, and when I give his link skill to other characters they only receive the level one effect. My Hayato, on the other hand, receives the level 2 effect of Keen Edge.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Level a Hayato up to level 120/ Have a Hayato that's level 120 or above.
2) Give the link skill "Keen Edge" to another character.

Character name: Enxier

Character level: 64

Character job: Marauder

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: On September 4, 2017. I don't remember the exact time I linked Keen Edge, but I say it's around 3 PMish.
