Bug Summary: The skill Shadowbound Haku states that it gives 0% Final Damage to other players, but gives 7% Final Damage when used

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Skill UI on a Kanna character
2. Find the skill Shadowbound Haku in the 4th job tab


Character name: Ayanku

Character Level: 175

Character Job: Kanna

World Name: Reboot

Date/Time of Incident: 5:07 PM Sept. 4, 2017
