Bug type: Gameplay, Skill

Brief bug summary: Kanna skill Kishin Shoukan is increasing mob count by 50% instead of 70%.

More details: In version v188, Kishin Shoukan's spawn count increase was raised from 50% to 70%. In version v189 it seems to have reverted.

I tested this in three different maps.

Map name: Close to the Sky
Normal spawn count: 25
Spawn count with Kishin in v187: 36
Spawn count with Kishin in v188: 42
Spawn count with Kishin in v189: 37

Map name: Orbis Tower 8th floor
Normal spawn count: 14
Spawn count with Kishin in v187: 21
Spawn count with Kishin in v188: 23
Spawn count with Kishin in v189: 21

Map name: Chu Chu: Dealie Bobber Forest 2
Normal spawn count: 25
Spawn count with Kishin in v187: 36
Spawn count with Kishin in v188: 42
Spawn count with Kishin in v189: 38

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be a Kanna, level 60+, with some SP assigned to Kishin Shoukan
2. Go to any field map
3. Count the number of monsters on the map
4. Summon Kishin Shoukan
5. Count the number of monsters on the map
6. Observe that the number of monsters after the boost is just 50% more than the base, instead of 70% more.

    The Desert of Dreams:
    No Kishin: 20
    Kishin: 30
    Frenzy: 35

    Respawn time:
    Kishin: +/- 3s
    Spam Kishin +/- 2s
    Frenzy +/- 1s

    Upon first cast of Kishin it gives a 3s respawn time delay, after spamming Kishin a couple of times, the respawn time stays on 2s.

    Skill Details: Kanna's 3rd job skill Kishin Shoukan makes mobs in a map spawn faster and increases the mobs allowed in the map by +70% for 150 seconds at max level 20.

    Glitch Details: Skill mob cap was nerfed many patches ago from 70% -> 50%, and increased in v188 (50% -> 70%). It appears to have been reduced back to 50%.

    Map Name: Singing Mushroom Forest - Humming Forest Trail
    default mob cap: 10 monsters
    v187 (+50% mob cap): 15 monsters
    v188 (+70% mob cap): 17 monsters
    v189: 15 monsters, expected 17

    Kishin: increase monster spawn by 70% & 1 second timer between monster spawn
    Monolith: N/A

    After Summer 2016 Final Update:
    Kishin: increase monster spawn by 50% & 3 seconds timer between monster spawn
    Monolith: increase monster spawn by 70% & 2 seconds timer between monster spawn

    After Tune Up Update, before 8/31 maintenance:
    Kishin: increase monster spawn by 70% & 4 seconds timer between monster spawn
    Monolith: increase monster spawn by 70% & 2 seconds timer between monster spawn

    After Tune Up Update, after 8/31 maintenance:
    Kishin: increase monster spawn by 70% & 2 seconds timer between monster spawn
    Monolith: increase monster spawn by 70% & 2 seconds timer between monster spawn

    After Midnight Monster Bash Update (current):
    Kishin: increase monster spawn by 50% & 2 seconds timer between monster spawn after multiple Kishin casts

    Okay, how about this. Forget about Kishin. Because for us mains, Kishin is just an afterthought after you gutting our damage capabilities. So if you're so concerned about "FIXING" Kanna, why don't you start with Haku's Blessing.

    If you think that this matter wasn't brought up on a more appropriate forum topic, you're mistaken. Having any representative of Nexon offer any solutions on how they plan to fix the current Kanna is impossible. Aside from an initial response and them saying, we hear you but we really don't care, is beyond frustrating. My first comment might have been a one-off, but after seeing the quick response they had to the kishin issue, I had to make my voice hear. So sorry for going off topic, and thanks for the player support.

    I have heard from somebody it was reverted as it was in v.187, before Tune Up and is intended. I don't know if it's really intended tbh.

    memo in community news or any sort of announcement regarding Kanna (not in forum) would be nice.. because the way they do it now is so not professional.

    It's like how they followed KMS skill balance in "Tune Down" patch, and all the information they gave was "All jobs receiving some skill revamps to improve the balance between jobs.".. what about GMS players who don't follow KMS related websites?

    It's not.
    Arwoo commented on it in Discord, and as you can see above the VFMs are treating it as a bug, and a high-priority one at that.

    Arwoo commented on it in Discord, and as you can see above the VFMs are treating it as a bug, and a high-priority one at that.

    well VFM treated no bugs thread as bugs and forward it anway before.. so this doesn't confirm anything.

    and sadly some ppl doesn't have discord.. would be nice if they announce it properly on website.
