Bug type :Cannot reject Guild applicants, Keep coming back
Brief bug summary: as guild leader or Vice leader, we can click on the small icon on the guild tab to accept or reject guild appkicants. But after we click reject on any applicants, close the guild tab, and re open it, the applicants will be back on the list. It is annoying since we cannot reject and soemtimes the application has more than 10 applicants which the guild cannot reject.

Steps to reproduce:
.1 Make a guild
2. get other 6 chars without guild to apply to the guild
3. login into the guild leader char, click the guild application tab, and reject all of the applicants
4. Close the guild tab
5. Open the guild tab and all those applicants we have just rejected awhile ago will still be there.
