Illium until lvl 25 burned, now with lvl 37 not

Hey guys,
I created a Illium in the pre-creation period and had him burned until lvl~30, now i dont get the extra lvls anymore , neither the burning equipment. WTF happened?

    Illiums cannot be burned.

    You might have been confused, Illium's tutorial quest sometimes level you up to 2 levels. But it wasn't burning
