Burning Character Creation Got Glitched

So I tried to make an Explorer burning character. At first, it was successful, I got on the character, and accepted it to be my burning character and claimed the boxes in my inventory. I got up to the boat where you choose the job group you want to be, but accidentally chose the wrong one. Before I was told otherwise, instead of going to the instructor to say you changed your mind (didn't know I could), I instead chose to just re-create the character, cause it said I would be able to make a new burning character anyway. Now it won't let me make a new burning character. It will say Request Failed upon requesting to make it a burning character.
