FPS drops in 1366 resolution, window mode

So for a few patches now (since I think September), my FPS drops noticeably in 1366*768 resolution. It returns to normal in 1024*768 resolution, but some content requires 1366 at this point (such as Fritto's eagle hunt). Anyone know what I can do to fix it?
