Cadena Unable to Finish Magnus Prequests

Brief bug summary: On Cadena, Magnus questline dead-ends after Easy Magnus-Simulator

More details: I completed as many of the Cadena Storyline quests as I can find (64) and have been unable to find any way to continue with the Magnus nor the Cadena questlines.

Steps to reproduce: Asked many others for advice and checked several youtube videos and found no errors in following the quest line.

    Name of the last Cadena storyline quest you completed? Some quest are only available at a certain map. (Easy Magnus-Simulator is not part of Cadena storyline)
