Lagging when I'm at a mob map..

WORLD: KHROA
TIME: at around 9pm est
Situation: I'm having a hard time navigating through the game while my party members were able to move to another map. My internet's fine and I was still lagging for a few seconds barely able to move, and then i crashed. Trying to log back in, saying I'm already logged in. I even lagged at Muto, while I'm not lagging in town.
