I feel like the "debuffs" from summons and heal that Bishop has are way too short/ low in frequency.

Heal's debuff only lasts 4 seconds, and while it's possible to always maintain the heal debuff, the cast rate takes too long to take a break from using skills like Angel Ray. If it had 0 delay it would be nice with only the 4 second duration. (If you can use Angel Ray 5 times in 5 seconds and assuming it takes the same time to use Heal once and Angel ray 4 times, assuming both skills take 1 second to use, then there's no reason to even have the heal debuff be the way it is because, technically, using 1 angel ray in place of the Heal (40% fd, 10% bonus damage per Angel Ray until recast) acts as a 100% damage boost within that 5 second time frame.

TL;DR Heal is poopoo after unlocking Bahamut, which does it for you (even if it boosts just 1 attack every 5 seconds or w.e), and should be less poopoo by giving it 0 delay because 1 extra attack cast in place of Heal > Heal and 4 uses of the same attack.

But Bahamut and Angel of Balance both have low debuff frequencies and only last 1 hit. If the attack frequencies of both of these summons were greatly increased in return for lower damage, it'd be much better than it is now and would be graciously more useful.
