So basically i accepted the quest to repair the seal to late, my char is lv 90 and the quest is locked to chars on the lv 80 or something. I cant accept the quest and my char cant leave until the quest is complet. Can anybody help me?

    It mean you forgot a quest to unlock the next step.
    Look around the area and check the quest log on what to do.
    Also check if there a quest in the light bulb on your head.
