is anyone else lagging every 3s? i've set my graphics settings to the lowest, switched to ch20. i'm even playing on renegade. this is making me want to pull my hair out.

    it's a PC with i5 Chip, 8GB RAM, and an AMD R9 280x graphics card. It can run other games smoothly. Overwatch, League, CS. no problem.
    to get rid of the lag, i would have to relog the client every 15-30mins
