Albatross Cannot Toggle Skill Effect

Brief bug summary: Albatross skill effect toggle does not work.

More details: According to the newest update, Wind Archers should have the ability to toggle the Albatross cape effect on/off. This does not happen last time I checked, and the toggled off effect skiill also cannot be placed on Auto Pet Skill (it defaults to the cape effect on version).

    On my wind archer when the cape effect is on, he has a shiny new cape, with the cape effect off, the cape does not appear. Maybe your NX cape is already stopping the cape from appearing because I don't see the cape in your first picture with cape effect on.
    (It is a cape toggle, not a skill effect toggle)
