Can't extract pocket items using extractor

Bug type: Profession

Brief bug summary: With the recent patch you're supposed to be able to extract pocket items, and you can with your own profession, but it does not work when using an installed extractor (crafted by an alchemist)

Steps to reproduce:
Craft an extractor using alchemy
Install it anywhere
Use other character to try and extract a pocket item with the extractor

Character name: any

Character level: any

Character job: any

World name: any
