maple story download stops at 2%

can't download maple story , the download stops at 2% then nexon launcher says the download is completed , when I click play I get a notification says "a problem occurred while trying to access the system files.do you want to repair this problem?" ,
when I click repair the download restarts then get stuck at 2% again , I tried to re-install the launcher but It didn't help :'( .
