My character dissapeared

Hello,
My problem is I was reinstalling the game and deleted everything along with the Nexon Launcher but when I installed it all again and logged in my character was gone but it was there about a week or two ago. Could it be because of reinstalling? Nexon also gave me the random account name after reinstallation but I don't remember having any other account.

Are you sure you are using the same email you used before, and logging in to the same world?
Are you able to find your character on the Rankings (be sure to click the Magnifying Glass to search, *not* press 'Enter')?
