Black screen when switching map
The game went black and there's no sound when I get to the ship at level 10. Waited 30 min, and still no response. Creating new character or reinstall the game does nothing. How should I fix the problem?

1. Do a full shutdown and restart of your computer, as explained here: https://www.howtogeek.com/129021/how-to-do-a-full-shutdown-in-windows-8-without-disabling-hybrid-boot/
2. If that doesn't help, and if you are using full-screen mode, try switching to Windowed mode (by pressing ALT+Enter).
