Afterlands: can't do statue quest

I've obtained 11/12 keys in Afterlands, but I can't get the final quest from the statue. I've tried to make it rain and talk to the moneybag (but that was after I broke the wall).

    Wow, it still isn't fixed? Come on Nexon, it's been over a week since this problem arose.
