Reboot: Evan Skill Point Glitch

Hello Hallo.
Started playing Maplestory once again and tried out the new Evan.
At level 57 or so I encountered a bug where I couldn't input any of my skill points no matter how many times I restarted the game. (To clarify, I can press the plus signs and it would make the sfx, but the skill values won't change)
I advanced to third job and the bug persisted, not allowing me to input any skill points into any skills.
This has only been a problem with my Evan so is there any way to fix it? Thanks!

You're the first person to encounter this bug. Let try some common solution.
-Restart your computer
-If you are also experiencing any of the bug here http://forums.maplestory.nexon.net/discussion/151/memory-dll-corruption or if you computer up time is more than 24 days (task manager > performance tab > look at the "Up Time" number/, do a full shutdown https://www.howtogeek.com/129021/how-to-do-a-full-shutdown-in-windows-8-without-disabling-hybrid-boot/ or turn off hybrid boot in the power option and restart your computer.

If the above doesn't work, try making another Evan if you don't have anything to lose on your current one, or see if the bug still persist on another computer.
