According to the ARK page (http://maplestory.nexon.net/micro-site/ark/monad) theres supposed to be new content by the name Monad and a new serve called Lab yet I've seen nothing about it in the patch notes, or event tab in-game.

Is it still on?

    Monad and Lab have not been released yet. Major GMS patches are typically divided into around 3 parts (as opposed to KMS, who divides their patches into around 6 parts per major update).
    They'll be released in due time.
