Stuck at Monad Snowfield First Omen.

I am stuck in Monad Snowfield First Omen for the event quest. Should be Act 1. And is possible to reset my character's name? I believe it is Monad: First Omen: Snowstorm. and Map is Abrup Basin, Open Snowfield.
