Cant progress in MONAD questline act 1

I ran out of stars in the middle of the quest, on our way to the second town after the first one denied us
I could not leave in any way , to recharge , relogging put me on the same map and I could not use any portal since we were on the 'traveling' cutscene
I forfited one quest at some point, and I think this is what's causing the problem

I am stuck in the map : Abandoned villege, and I can not progress from here
I try to take the portal to the left, and Alika tells me its too dangerous
There is no one I can talk to to continue, and I really want to fight Julietta

I hoped this server check and patch would fix the issues but they didnt
Please help!
