Bug type: instance glitch i think

Brief bug summary:
i need to accept a quest, but i am in a instance and need to fight the monsters outside the gate but there are none.

More details:
i did a quest to fight the npc. but i was out of pots so i went to NLC to get new ones. when i came back i couldnt accept the quest, but instead went in a instance to fighter monsters outside the castle, but there are none
