Quest bug in Afterlands, trapped in the wrong area

Bug type: Quest line error

Brief bug summary:
Trapped in the Land Of Riches after logged off.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Did the quest "[The Afterlands] Hunger" (in the Land Of Riches);
2. Before automatically transporting to the Land of Contemplation, logged off because of network disconnect.
3. Logged back in and my character is still in the Land Of Riches

It may be solved if my character is transported into the Land of Contemplation.
