in the preview the fairy bros event is suppose to start 10/01 and end on 10/31 what happened with that? are we getting the upgrade this week?

    You can obtain 28 gifts per month and each month the gifts are rotated.

    Fairy Bros is not an event, but permanent content.

    "Minor patch" is just a fancy maintenance. Update patches are always on Wednesdays.

    No, you don't have to start any quests or anything, it just counts whatever mobs you kill in your level range automatically.

    That's because a new one starts on the first of every month, unfortunately, the update won't occur until Thursday, so we'll be missing a few days, but if you do it every day from then, you should be able to get 27 or 28 days worth of gifts.

    They already announced v199 for October 4th with the Captain Vaga removal notice. All the updates in the past year have been on Wednesdays, but as far as I remember, patches have always been either Wednesday or Thursday, and I think there were a few Tuesdays, but those are much, much rarer.
