AH Search Bar Text Cut Off

Bug type: Game Content Display

Brief bug summary: The typed text for the AH search bar is lowered so it gets cut off at the bottom.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter AH.
2. Start typing something into the search bar.
3. Notice that there's a visible white space above the text and that the text you type is getting cut off at the bottom.

Date and time of the incident: Oct. 4, 2018, ~11:45am PT/~18:45 game time

(mention your time zone if you aren't posting Pacific time)

*EDIT: could be an old thing, but I feel like my semi-ocd would have noticed it sooner if it was as cut off as it is now.....
