hard damien
during battle presence of frequent or persistent lag, occasional disconnection and near 100% rate for triggering anti-hack system despite not using such methods

hard lotus
during battle presence of frequent or persistent lag, occasional disconnection and intermittent inability to use platforms that drop down from above to avoid damage caused by ground lasers and delays when ground lasers appear or when lotus enters into background to shoot fireballs

hard lucid
during battle presence of frequent or persistent lag or freezes and occasional disconnection

above mentioned issues are not overtly evident during normal mode damien, lotus or lucid battles due to speed of clearance

please attend to aforementioned issues as soon as possible as it is severely affecting our squads overall satisfaction with the game
