Make Android Hearts Generic.

Make Wonderoid and other exclusive heart generic so we can use any Androids. No point in these cool event Androids given if the heart is not perm/junk content.

    That's pretty much only a problem in reboot. I wonder if there'd be a way for android hearts solely in reboot to be universal instead of restricted to certain androids?
