Mystic Gate Research/Master medal not reobtainable

Bug type: Item Functionality and Quest Issue

Brief bug summary:
The Mystic Gate Researcher and Mystic Gate Master medals were removed from player's medal collection and the affected players can not re-obtain the medals back.

More details:
The quests [Silent Crusade] Mystic Field Researcher and [Silent Crusade] Mystic Field Master are missing from NPC Doctor Moon for players who completed these quests during last years September 2015 Mystic Field event.

Players who are obtaining the medals, or who had the medals in their inventory prior the September 7, 2016 Scheduled Game Update, are not getting these two medals registered in their medal collection.

Suggested solution:
This is a similar issue we've had with rerun Star World event and the Andromeda VIP medal, where the affected players could not re-obtain the medal back since it was not purchasable again from its shop.

The solution was to add a quest to the affected players in their Available Event Maple Mailbox that gives them the medal.
This can be the solution for this issue as well if it's not fixed before the Mystic Field event ends.

    Looks like Nexon has no option but to implement the Maple Mailbox solution now that the event will be coming to an end.

    You must be new here.
    Nexon always has the option of ignoring a bug until the users give up.

    If they do do anything about this one, you'll probably have to wait until the event returns, and re-do all the work to reobtain your medals yet again.
